Backyard/patio has fireplace and is fenced off. Neighbors are nice/quiet I'm a 30 year-old male neurosurgery nurse practitioner and work in the area. I was an ER nurse prior. I have a girlfriend . I was a travel nurse locally in the area so can tell you about different hospitals. -all utilities included (W/P, internet, gas) -plenty of street parking. Quiet neighborhood. Area has wild peacocks which are something you don't see everyday. -3 min drive to Grocery Stores (Ralphs + Rite-Aid) -3 min drive to 210 freeway -washer/dryer in unit -Gym in garage -n64 gaming console -access to coffee maker, microwave, shared fridge, dish washer, outside patio. kitchen is furnished. Pots/pans, toiletries, laundry supplies -Quite neighbors *I do love dogs/cats, but no pets please *I tend to keep things neat/clean. I prefer shoes off in house. .
